Issues with Locked Pet (reporting this to the support site is not necessary)
Some users do not get the Bonus pet from the Toolbar install/can not get the toolbar to download
Gryphon new players (*please note this is not an issue, but some users are having trouble with this. Please see the announcement to see directions on how to add new players)
